TYPES OF DONATIONS
When donating to Boston’s Bridge to Excellence, you are supporting children and families who are part of economically distressed neighborhoods. Our families are working hard, and doing their very best they can for their children and families, but unfortunately do not always have the resources needed for success. We value ourselves on being able to provide support and resources to our families when possible.
BBTE understands that giving can look different to everyone and we are open to all forms of donations. Nothing is to small or too big. Our families and children will appreciate and value anything you could provide.
Some of the most common donations BBTE has received are:
- monetary
- gift certificates
- supplies for families and children
- meals for families
- supplies for program
“The experiences our students encounter as participants of the Boston’s Bridge to Excellence School Age Program, also assists in developing the minds of the next generation of entrepreneurs. Providing our students with exciting out-of-school time learning opportunities, with exposure to 21st century skills connected to college and career readiness, participate in positive youth development activities that help to build their self-esteem is what excites us about being partners in education with our school-based OST provider Boston’s Bridge to Excellence.”
